Please Note: All tickets are given out
on the bus the day of the trip.

This game is almost SOLD OUT.  We will be sitting in section 229 on the visitors side.  Your registration includes round-trip transportation via motor coach, snacks on bus, ticket to see the Oklahoma Thunder take on the Indiana Pacers, and refreshments at the game. We will start gathering at 4:00 pm from the Meijer parking lot at 3711 Stonecreek Blvd off of  Colerain Avenue near 275.  We will return at approximately 12:00 a.m.

Please park as close to Logan’s Steakhouse side as possible and avoid parking near BW3.

Card Holder Authorization : I, the above-named authorized credit card user, give Getaways by Kimberly LLC and its representative express authorization to charge my credit card for the purposes detailed above. I understand that this form constitutes a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon (as stated above) charges as well as any and all collection and legal fees.
